July 2010 - Knowles Joins WSA
As Sr. VP - Director of Marketing, Rob Knowles will lead WSA's marketing effort.
Our Client Service efforts continue to be overseen by Kim Taylor, Head of Client Service (no changes there).
With respect to reporting structures, both the Director of Marketing and Head of Client Service are lateral roles and report to WSA's Chief Operating Officer.
Brett Hyland, VP-Marketing, is no longer with the firm.
