Wall Street Associates' core investment strategies - Micro Cap Growth, Small-Micro Cap Growth, Small-Mid Cap Growth and Mid Cap Growth - are managed to achieve the objectives of the institutional tax-exempt investor. Each product is team-managed by our experienced investment team, per the firm's investment philosophy and process.
Our process seeks to capitalize on the accelerating growth phases of a company's life cycle (see diagram below.) As a result, our product structure is specialized within the Micro, Small and Mid capitalization markets. Our structure benefits from early recognition of growth themes from within the Micro-to-Small Cap niche, in addition to the synergy derived from the aggregate of our research process. This process moves seamlessly across the capitalization spectrum, providing ideas and growth themes for the benefit of the entire product structure.
